Directions to the Recycling Education Center 3730 E. 48th Ave. From Interstate 70: - Take the Colorado Blvd exit northbound - Go North on Colorado Blvd to 48th Ave. (first stop light)- Turn Left on 48th Ave. to Jackson St. (one long block) - Turn left and park on Jackson St. - Enter building on 48th Ave. Description - Plan for approximately 1 hour. The tour includes: Basic information on Denver Recycles and why it is important to recycle. Basic information on Waste Management Recycle America. CA short video about the Denver Recycles program, including interviews and details about the different steps of the recycling process. Displays and samples of the recycling process from beginning to end.A question and answer session.Whenever possible, the tour leaders adapt their presentations as appropriate for your group’s age and purpose. Times that we are available are on Wednesday's @ 9am, 10:45am, 1:00pm, and 2:45pm.

The tour is any where between a hour to an hour in a half long.

There is charge of a $1.00 per person.
