I'm part of Hands on Homeschool to help create a place for home educators to find and share resources. It will also serve as a place to find activities to participate in-or share your own upcoming event and invite participants.

My style has been to mostly allow my daughter to pursue her own interests, with some formal teaching sprinkled in. The best thing about home education is that each family is free to pursue the method that works best for them, and we enjoy a wide variety of choices as we learn what is a fit for ourselves and our children.
